Hit a deer. $9000 in damage. Picked truck up and they wrinkled exhaust and back shock. CANS SEE THE SCUFF MARKS AND the “new parts” ARE NOT NEW!!! Still deer blood on the “new parts” still dented and damaged. The “spray painted” the old parts and junk yard parts and you can still smell the paint to make look new. WORSE SHOP DO NOT GO THERE!!! Vehicle has been in their possession for over 3 weeks and wasn’t even fixed but charged almost $9,000!!!! BE AWARE SCAM

UPDATE- after our insurance sent someone out to look at the truck after we got it back from here they were shocked and we had to take it to a second shop for another estimate to actually fix it and repair what was damaged at this shop. Another $6,600 to actually fix this truck by another shop. I’m so glad this is finally getting done correctly and we will never bring a vehicle back here.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was my first experience being in an accident so I had no clue how it all worked. The entire staff were so kind and explained every detail to me. They also worked within my time frame of having a rental car! You can’t even tell my car had any damage to it. And they even detailed the inside of my car for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all your collision needs!!!

In every way possible they did an amazing job. They fixed my car within two days and their work was extremely professional. The color was matched perfectly and they had even swept my car. The owner had even mentioned looking through all the mechanics while replacing my front bumper to make sure nothing else was wrong. I absolutely love the service here at Feasel’s. There was a major hiccup with insurances that has made my accident and auto claim a nightmare, yet I can’t stress enough how helpful and kind the staff has been here at the shop, especially Jeff, who has gone way above and beyond to help me out with my current situation.
Not only are they the best mechanics in the area, but also by far the most helpful.
I haven’t even met anyone face to face at the shop yet but still they have treated me like family from day 1. I could not be any happier with the team at Feasel’s and would highly recommend this place.

Had wrecked my brand new car into a field where mud got everywhere including the interior. Had a fender destroyed, a radiator cracked and a bunch of other stuff. Took a little longer than originally quoted to get the job done but they kept in constant communication with me and apologized for the wait. When I got the car back they had went above and beyond by cleaning up all the mud on both the exterior and the interior. Car drives and looks like the day I drove it off the lot. I can’t recommend Feasel’s enough!
