The Botson agency has always been amazing to work with! Always available whenever I need them, even sticking around after hours if I need to stop in for something. When my husband passed away, Kim was instrumental in helping me getting everything switched over. She was compassionate and wonderful! I would truly highly recommend the bots and agency! Chris is always happy to write up a new policy and Kim is happy to take a payment and both of them are very pleasant. Unfortunately they're both semi-retired and if you ask for something non-standard it conveniently gets forgotten or put off to the point where it never takes place. When we signed up for the policy, we asked them for a memo documenting some specifics that we told them about our place and usage to make sure that we had explained everything to them and their assurance that we were covered was in writing. Just in case some details were left out to Allstate that may have affected our coverage. We never got the letter even though I asked about four times over the course of 6 months. Also we told them to put a couple of our cars on low usage for 2 months while we went on vacation and would not be driving them over the winter. They did not do that nor did Allstate volunteer to go back and give us the discount retroactively. I would recommend that you seek your insurance from someone else like Mike Sipsma who has a couple top-notch assistants at State Farm. Their follow-up is superb and I never had any problem getting the memorandum.

Allstate Botson agency is super underestimated I just want everyone in the fremont and surrounding areas to know that my husband and I got into our first accident since being with Allstate when we turned 18 the Botson agency took such good care of us I didn’t have to do a single thing and no deductible because of the drive wise program I have been in!!!!!!! Thank you Allstate you truly did bless me this Christmas season. 🎄 god bless you all
