Used to be with State Farm years ago with a different agent but switched due to finding better pricing elsewhere. I met Lance through a friend. He was nice and asked me to give his team a chance to quote my insurance. I talked with Bonnie, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She did not get frustrated with the multiple questions I asked and talked me through everything I did not understand. Not only were they able to beat my rates from my old State Farm agent, but they also beat the rates of the insurance I switched to! This led to me talking to my mother about possibly switching her insurance. I gave them a call and was going to translate for my mother, who only speaks Spanish, but it turns out Bonnie speaks Spanish. She was able to walk my mother through the entire process without me having to translate anything. It was so good to see the relief on my mother's face, knowing she can call and talk to Bonnie and get anything answered. If you have the opportunity, give Lance Woods State Farm a chance, they will not disappoint.
