I called because a transaction did not go through on my debit card. The person who answered asked what was going on and then transferred me to another person. The 2nd person picked up and started discussing transactions and balances on the debit card. Not ONCE was I asked any information to verify who I was. When I asked the member service manager about it at a later date, they said, "Don't you think your name came up on the caller ID?"

I did not realize caller ID was a thorough way to verify a person's identity before giving account information. I have dates, times, and names of employees in this incident but it doesn't seem to be that serious to this credit union.

Went through YLFCU for a loan to pick up a camper; Shelby (their loan officer? [not sure her actual title]), she made the experience fantastic. Very knowledgeable, explained everything in ways we understood, her communication has been phenomenal and has been very proactive with us to be as efficient as possible. Great rates too! If anyone is looking to buy something and want a good experience, heavily consider going through these guys. We'll be back.

I have always had a great experience with Your Legacy Federal Credit Union! All the staff are kind, understanding, and helpful with all banking and loan needs. Rusti has been exceptionally helpful in two occurances I had with a fraudulent charge, and my wallet being stollen. She helped to secure my identity and help me deal with those instances like a champ! Thank you to everyone at Your Legacy Federal Credit Union! Anytime I have a issue with my loan payment not 1 but numerous staff was very rude and not helpful on finding the issue. SOME tellers are very informative and polite, but for the most part instead of helping correct the situation they where more concerned about getting my payment then finding the solution. Instead of helping they blamed myself and my bank for the issue. When my loan is paid off I won't be using this branch for future loans.

My husband and I got and equity loan from Crystal and she was very nice and helpful but went in to deposit money in our account and the tellers were rude and didn't even greet me when I walked in. One was to busy opening her candy cane to eat and the other just didn't say anything. I work at Hancock Federal Credit Union and that kind of treatment would not fly to treat members like that and why would you. Seriously thinking of moving my business elsewhere.

I had a appointment with Crystal for a personal loan. I wanted to pay off a old debt and thought that was the only way I would be able. Crystal and I sat down went through my finances and she came up with a even better option for me. I currently have a car loan at the credit union so she suggested that we look into refinancing. The numbers looked great and my payment went up only $50. I had the money I needed within 24hours. She was truly a blessing to me this week. She was very Great to work with!
