I am so overjoyed when I come to the Oakley Branch! The whole team always gives me a wonderful experience. The manager Denae is such an amazing young lady. The way she greets all her customers and loves on them is amazing. I wish every time I walked into a business I would see a person like her. Thank you for helping me set up my online banking and leaving me feeling hopeful about my skip payment. I love it here.

This location is horrible! NO/ZERO customer service skills,understaffed & complete disregard for us over thirty minutes waiting at drive thru assistant!

I will pursue transfer of this loan to more customer friendly institution.

I called today and was able to speak to a manager, named Denae. She encouraged me to come on the branch due to the extent of my needs. She was so warm and really helped me as I just buried my mother yesterday. I had a lot to go through financially and she took time and assisted me with my auto loan account. I am so appreciative of her kind heart and wonderful service.

Joshu’a was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about GE and and the products they offer. He explained all the services and pertinent information in a way I could understand. I felt very confident before, during and after I opened my account. I love that the bank offers a coin counter for their customers who may need this service.

I’ve had my account for over a year the racist underwrites that find a way to stop you from building credit getting a loan refinancing is insane. The lobby and phone wait time is outrageous and the consistent overdraft fees should be a crime I’m definitely closing my account with this bank and I will never recommend anyone to bank here

The branch manager here Denae went above and beyond for my extensive fraud issue. She even helped me change and set up new emails and encouraged me to change all my passwords. I am so thankful to have met her today. I hate she will be going to the west side soon.

This is by far, the best personal assistance I’ve ever had at a bank. Denis Barinov is very knowledgeable and money savvy, clear in his explanations and incredibly patient. He made it easy to ask questions and helped me consider different options. First rate service!
