I don't often think about the bank until I need to use their service. Today I realized my gas tank was low, my checking was a little bare, and payday was a weekends eternity away, if figured I could stop by and deposit some cash I had on hand to stay afloat until payday. A quick two minute escapade to the ATM. Instead I spent ten minutes watching the loading screen spin around and around before spitting my cash back out at me and canceling the transaction. Whatever, I'll just go inside and, only to discover the doors are locked and a sign that read that the hours for Saturday ar from 9 to 12, a time of day when most folks would rather be sleeping in after their week. I am beyond frustrated. You might as well be closed if your open for three measley hours on Saturday then stay closed on Sunday. I am now forced to dig into my savings a little bit because the simplest service that could be provided was not delivered.

They have all animated drives through, so you have to drive to the front. They also charge $3.00 to cash a check drawer on their bank.

IH sucks, they don’t allow the same usage and features as other banks do as well as they quite literally always have their app down for “maintenance”, which makes it unusable for anything for HOURS multiple days a week.

Sat in the ATM line for 10 minutes waiting on the line.

Very Happy when an employee came out and informed everyone in line that additional ATMs are set up.(2 weeks brand new!)

Your money is absolutely NOT safe in this credit union. 3 card breeches in a year and a half, that bank debit card security systems should have stopped. When you go to get a new card, staff is less than understanding or helpful. Nearly impossible to get your money back. 775 bucks this time. Thanks IHMVCU . Money is safer under the mattress at home with the dog on top of it

I have been a customer for many years and they have always been friendly. Hold time can be long but I mostly use online service, which I never have problems using. I would give five stars but not a fan of whatever changes they are making at the bank lobby where you get someone using a laptop at the center counter.

People are mostly nice, but bank in general has issues. The banking app freezes/won’t load often. Twice I have been unable to access my money at all because of technical issues. The ATMs work only half the time, if you're lucky!
