I'm a new resident for Pleasant Lake Property and paid my rent for the first time online, and accidentally, missed the pop-up box listing fees charged for using your bankcard. They charge a $47 fee to use your card! I tried to cancel payment and resubmit from checking account but received an error notifying me to call the office immediately. I called the office only to be greeted by two very moody ladies who sounded like they both didn't want to be there. I explained my situation to Patty, openly admitting that I missed the pop-up box apologized, and asked if she could cancel the payment so I can resubmit through my checking account and sign up for auto-pay. Patty said no and asked me, "how did you miss the big red box pop-up box that tells you there's a fee?" She asked me this throughout our conversation, THREE TIMES. Patty was very rude by talking down to me, embarrassing me about something I already admitted to and apologized for. It's not my fault the e-rent portal is jenky af!

This company is horrible!!!
I have 2 issues that I have called about that are still not resolved and it's been a month & a half. No one has called me about them. You can't get a hold of anyone at times so you have to leave a message in the general mailbox which I'm not even sure they check. On the website site you can't find anyone's information to email them directly ( which I know now they don't want to deal with anything) I'm not sure why I pay my HOH for them to do nothing!!!

I gave five stars, only because I'm very impressed with the person that handles the in coming calls. The way she handled the phone call with the tone of concern and with respect for the individual on the other end, in reference to myself it appeared she cared.
Nowadays you hardly experience that type of kindness when you're calling about a particular concern without someone brushing you off to get you dismissed, because of a not so pleasant situation happening.
As a resident I'm very pleased with front office administrative staff at Southpark Manor condos. This particular young lady, India, is very respectful and kind. Whatever the situation may be she does her best to handle. I cannot remember the name of the young lady that answered the phone at Western Reserve, but I appreciate her time and patience to help me understand the pertinent information concerning my condo. Thank you young at Western Reserve.

Working with Western Reserve Property Management during our transition from a previous property management company has been an exceptional experience. Together, we have effectively collaborated as a team to revitalize our condominium building, both internally and externally. The professionalism and dedication of the WRPM staff have made this partnership not only productive but also a true pleasure. I am eagerly anticipating the continued transformations and successes we will achieve in the coming years.

They are absolutely horrible. I call in about my property that I own and they manage and I'm treated as if its their property. Specifically Ameris whom has been rude with no soft skills, whom has shown unprofessionalism each time I've called. Will be working on my Condo Association finding a new management company.

We NEVER HAVE available empty handicap spaces nearby 9911 SUNRISE, 9901, because a lot of our handicap spaces were used by 9941 and 9931. These people NEVER BEEN COUNTED BY Don, MANAGER. I asked manager and the office so many times to come and see/ count yourself. ALL HANDICAP SPACED ARE CONSTANTLY TAKEN, AND I HAVE TO SUFFER EVERY SINGLE DAY. In this case I require ASSIGNED PERSONAL PARKING SPOT ACCORDING TO Ohio Federal FAIR HOUSING rights.

This is a discrimination. I NEED MY PERSONAL ASSIGNED  PARKING SPOT DUE TO MY DISABILITY AND I DO NOT CARE HOW MANY HANDICAP SPOTS YOUR DON  HAD COUNTED DUE TO HIS LAZINESS AND UNWILLINESS TO WORK HARD. He complained to me about his low salary for such a hard type of work. Are you serious? THIS IS NON of MY BUSINESS. You have no heart and mercy to handicap people. Stay away from this company. I am ready to file a lawsuit for discrimination.

Now, this letter from Don and your response to my complaint caused me high BP and very bad nervous condition. I've had panic attacks

I am shaking.

I will talk to my doctor and to my lawyer.  Enough is enough. Not fair! And I never ever going to stop.
You are violating all possible handicap ♿️ peoples rights.

HORRIBLE!!!! I live in a condo complex they manage, and I pay almost $300 a month and they are useless. I have contacted them numerous times by email and phone to tell them people are illegally renting (it is against both condo bylaws and local ordinances), storing flammable materials in their garages and balconies, and using grills on their balconies and porches. I have even sent PICTURES. Each time I get "We can't do anything, because it's discrimination." or "You can call the fire department, they will fine them." If I am going to police the place, then I want my $300 back. I have sent copies of my emails to my insurance company and mortgage company so that when the place burns down or I am robbed by someone who is illegally renting I can hold them accountable. But when I email them and ask specific questions, such as "What are you doing to control the renters and conform to local ordinances?" they won't reply in writing. Then when you call, they tell you to email. Our complex has gone way downhill and the homeowners are all upset -the only ones who aren't at these people who just keep collecting the money and doing nothing to protect our property or it's value. As someone on the receiving end of their "services" I would recommend you try someplace else.

I live at the Islander in Middleburg Heights. Now this management company will tell you that you can own a dog for a security deposit of $250 dollars and a slight charge on your rent every month, which is more than reasonable. They'll lay down everything you need to do to have a pet as you're signing the paperwork for your lease and say it shouldn't be a problem as long as the dog in question is under 50 pounds. All well and good. But what they WON'T tell you is that the particular building you're moving into is not a pet friendly building until 8 months later when you've found the perfect dog for you. Now I can't wait until my lease is up because they lied to me about one thing that is super important to me just to get me to sign that lease
