The people who work here are absolutely amazing. I’ve called several times in the last month or so with questions and they just flat out rock. They walked me through every step of the way, giving me hints in making things easier. I absolutely hate calling places and talking to people but I am always willing to call here!

The folks working here were fast efficient and courteous. I must admit two weeks ago when I showed up with the title with my name misspelled I was quite disappointed with the dealership that I purchased the motorcycle from. But the lady who helped me told me exactly what I needed to do.

I had to send my title back to Illinois for corrections. Dealership got the corrected title to me. I got the VIN inspection done at the license bureau the title put into my name at the title bureau and pick up my new license plate at the license bureau all within an hour and a half of showing up at the first building.

Relieved to have a place where employees know their job and perform very efficiently as well as above and beyond. Walked into the title office unaware there was a problem with my title and within three hours it was handled and due to my work schedule they made sure I was taken care of at another office at my conveinance.

This place is OK, but coming from Michigan where I literally go to ONE place for title, license and renewals, Ohio is a convoluted, backwards mess. In MI, when you sell, you just sign the title - done, no notaries involved at all. If you want to get a new one in your name, easy, go to the sec of state and show them the signed title and you get a new one in your name... viola. This state seems to have a racket to prevent easy private sales and bolster dealers with echeck, notaries, and two separate offices for title and license. Its a ridiculous pain for absolutely no reason except $$$ and driving people to the car lots.

Best Title Bureau in Ohio thanks to Eugene who was extremely helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this one over the hatefull rude people over in Strongsville and the highly crowded places and Cuyahoga or Parma.
