The North Olmsted school employees Federal credit union is a phenomenal place. Carol and Ashton are one of the nicest people to deal with professionally and personally. They have a lot of empathy and sincerity toward a customer. I am so comfortable when I need something and I call them and they respond so quickly. I can’t say enough about this office. I am so glad that I get to deal with them regarding my financial matters. I am so comfortable calling them with any problems I have or concerns. I hope this office never closes because I don’t know what I would do without them.
