Unknown charges started to appear from North End Coffee place. First two charges were 75.00 each from different days. Could not get any help at the yuma branch. All I could do was cancel the card and get a new card with new pin number. Just two weeks later two more charges of 55.00 each from same place. Again I walked in to the yuma branch and complained about this charges. Just to be told that it was my debit card that was used to pay at North End Coffee. And when I explained that my card has never left my wallet. And the person who I was speaking to said Maybe your kids stole your card without me noticing. Never offered any help whatsoever instead made it sound like I was doing the wrong. I closed my entire account after so many years. My wife decided to stick around with her account with aea bank . Big mistake. This morning she was going through her account and a 265.00 charge came up from North End Coffee place.
What the heck is going on with this bank. I will spread the word around the people who surround me to stay away from this institute

All I wanted to do was cash a check. Took me about 25 minutes just to get to the front of the line and to find out that I could not cash the check without paying a fee. Even though the check is from this particular Bank, I could not cash it without paying less than the $15 fee because I did not have an account! Yet every other bank will cash a check for either a smaller fee or no fee at all. On top of that, not once was I greeted and not once did the teller say please, thank you or even have a smile.

As I began to leave I noticed at one of the computers there was a gentleman with two customers sitting in front of them. At first glance, you would think that the person behind the computer screen was a customer himself because of the unprofessional way he was dressed. I honestly thought it was a kid playing on the other side of the computer and his parents are watching him! (See pic below)

I'ts the only Bank in Somerton, the ATM never works it won't read cards on the weekends. The customer service inside is decent but they don't go above and beyond for the customer or even attempt to help out. I wish Somerton had more banks.

Undedicated clerks and management. Long lines, poor service, where tellers rather flirt among themselves than take care of their clients.

Service desk disgusting. Waits of over 2 hours for any reason beyond teller service.

Management no where to be found or assist.

I’ve been with AEA for many years and I’ve witness it go down hill. I decided to move my loan after waiting an 1.5 hrs in the drive thru.

The wait times on the phone ridiculous too AND they charge you 2.5 % of the amount you’re paying in order to submit the payment. They are behind the ballgame with other local banks.
