I am not sure why I can not get a return email or phone call from this company. I was told I was getting over three thousand dollars for my state return and after almost a year of waiting got only 600 dollars. Also I ended up with over nine thousand owed in federal taxes and was not even told about it. I was surprised to get a letter in the mail from the IRS. This delay cost me. And now can't even get an explanation.
