When Utah First opened up in our neighborhood, I was excited because I received the warmest welcome I had ever received from the full staff as soon as I walked in the door for the first time. There was also a pleasant scent and bottled waters to greet me. I figured that it was just because they had just opened, but was still grateful for it. It was a different experience compared with the other four financial institutions I’ve previously worked with.
Over a year later, to my pleasant surprise, every time I’ve walked through these same doors, I have received the same warm welcome and immediate help every time.
I am extremely impressed with each of the staff members I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Lately Katelyn has been helping me and she has been patient and kind and lovely . I am very happy with the care I have received at Utah First.

Excellent service! The teller/financial expert, Katelyn, was able to resolve my issues quickly and efficiently. I was there on a weekend, and one of the account changes I made had to be completed the following weekday. She helped make sure my part was done, then personally followed up with me to let me know when things were completely finished. There were no worries. I knew I was in good hands? ? ? I love this branch!

After I submitted my online application, by that evening I received a follow up text message from Katelyn.
Her and I conversed for a couple of days about my information and before I knew it she was calling me to tell me I had been approved and that I’d need to sign some papersthru email and then go in a branch office to pick up my debit card. She was the best ever. And when I picked up my debit card in the Cottonwood Heights branch on a Saturday afternoon, the branch manager was very kind and Clearly communicated the info on using my card. I was in and out of there. Very happy with choosing Utah First?

I reached out regarding a home loan and they’ve been terrific to work with. Cali especially who is my contact has been top notch and helped me get what I needed. We have been with this credit union for more than 30 years. It it by far the best customer service we have ever had. Everyone speaks clear English, they always get back to you immediately, they watch over our account. We have moved out of state but will always keep our finances in Utah First Credit Union.
