Thanks hills property, for trying to rectify my internet not working

I must pay 75 00 to fox chase for non service (tech fees) I do not receive

Alta fiber worked over 10 hours last Friday, numerous techs been out
representative denying
probably to save face

Alta fiber serial numbers are wrong, must change 2 buildings per Jacklyn (Tech)
She stated no resolve 😞

I must continue paying fox chase 75 dollars for tech fees (don’t have)
I don’t receive !!

Now I pay spectrum and Fox chase total 208
I take solace , my contract ends soon

This place I am going to is excellent
and has internet 😊(no charge)
Love the staff, onestonegate apartments
Friendly , offers goodies , coffee everyday!
Actually, lived there prior should not left

I learned so sad , I may have stayed 😞 absolutely NOT now , no retention
staff does not care
I am a model tenant

I will leave it for the (10 hour )
tech / and tenant to figure out it does not work and resolve

They used to be great, but our front door has been broken for multiple years. They didn't even fix it after some people tried breaking in. I didn't realize that there is now crime by the Fox Chase North apartments, but it makes me feel like I need that extra security now.

Edit: we had a meeting where we discussed it on 3/11, and they fixed it on the 13th.

Unfortunate experience.

I had been reviewing apartments for a couple of weeks and notice that one on my list dropped in price to $1200.
The same day it dropped, I contacted the agent to confirm availability and was told (via email) that now the price is almost $400 higher even as it was listed on Zillow for the aforementioned price.

Seems pretty suspect and could be interpreted in many ways but I'll allow you to come to your own conclusion.

I informed the agent and nothing was done to make my interaction with this business worth a higher rating than provided.

I had an issue with charges at move-out. Tried to contact the regional manager, Regina Bray, with email and voicemail. Till this day, 2 months later, I have yet to hear from her. That is not acceptable. Perhaps a job in a different field, a field in which interaction with others is not required, would be better suited for her.

Basically like location and apt. Nickel & dime additional fees on rent (and expensive wireless I didn’t sign up for) is annoying, though. Anyone else have issue with this at Fox Chase South, a Hills Properties complex? I also have a Federal discount for wireless for my Special Needs daughter I’m waiting for them to honor, since Altafiber honors it…will see…

I live in one of Hills Properties many complexes (Waterford Place). I've spoken with management at both Hills and at Waterford about various issues; usually involving their poor communication and their lack of concern for their residents' quality of life (ie. Lack of adequate notice before entering residences).

While Hills is typically a lot better at handling communication than Waterford, after so many complaints - I still feel like I'm talking to a wall.

Time after time, these management teams fail to provide adequate communication and accommodations for their residents. 24 hour notice before entry? A legal requirement, you say? Hills and Waterford don't care. Last week, they sent a notice about the internet we didn't ask for being installed in our apartment. They offered a tentative schedule and said, direct quote: "We will send out individual communication when your equipment is scheduled to be installed."

Any reasonable person would wait for them to email or call again, stating the exact day installation will occur. That did not happen, and now I am forced to change my plans for today because Waterford did NOT do what they said there were going to do and confirm the plans.

Tentative is not definitive. Tentative means, "We may or may not enter your home next Friday."

What kind of a way to do business is this?

Anyway, after repeatedly calling the front office (who never answers their phone), I finally spoke to someone, who as usual, was cold and unapologetic. I was told they offered notice, in a super defensive tone. I had to break out the dictionary definition of "tentative," and still, no apology. No anything.

Anyway, this is just one of many examples of them proving they do not care about their residents' quality of life. If you stay with Hills, they will tell you what you have to do, make zero accommodations, and then gaslight you into thinking they did everything right. As much as I love the community itself, and the maintenance team, who is stellar - Hills is simply far too bad at managing to offer enjoyable experiences to their residents.

Our company has worked in a professional capacity with Hills Property Management for years, and we are continually impressed with their good communication, efficient operations, and commitment to great service. On a personal level, my family experiences the outcome of their expertise and dedication when we frequent my children's doctor office as well as another location where my children take piano lessons, both of which are managed by Hills. I repeatedly hear from its employees how it is an excellent and fair place to work, offering good benefits and opportunities for advancement.
