Someone is always available to answer your questions. It gives me great peace of mind that if I do have the misfortune of requesting a claim, the agents will initiate the claim and provide valuable assistance with any questions during the entire process. They recently acquired quotes from the companies they represent for a business policy that I have had for 20 years. They found a quote from another company that they represent and saved me over 30%. The initial policy was also with one of their companies. Insurance agents work on commission, and this tells me they are working on my behalf. Hard to find that in today's world.

Have been a customer of Kingsgate Insurance since I was old enough to be on my car insurance policy...and these guys are fantastic. Cathy especially, she's our main person, she is awesome! Extremely responsive on any requests/questions we have, always on the lookout for us for the best deals, makes it super easy for us any time we have to change/update information. My parents have used them as well for years. They are great!!
