I have been using Duffy Insurance for years. I have used them for car insurance and rental insurance. My partner uses Duffy for car(s) homeowners(2 houses ) recreational property, & motorcycle(s). They always find us the best rates available. They are a great team to work with. Everyone we have recommended to call Duffy has switched their insurance and are now using Duffy Insurance as their provider.

I asked them to provide a quote for auto and home insurance and they said I have too low credit score and my house is uninsurable since it is 14 years old. My credit score is over 850 and I think my credit score is so high, that I am within 0.5% of people with this score.

My house was quoted in less than 2 days with a rate that other insurance companies were encouraging me to take because it was such a great price. The nicest, most timely people you could ever encounter in insurance. 100% recommend.

We had an unprecedented event occur that left us initially numb . A hose popped off our washing machine (on first floor) while it was running. Water immediately flooded our entire first floor and ran through the floor destroying the ceiling in our basement. We have never experienced so much damage in such a short period of time. We called Debbie Sandmann, our agent, immediately and she had everything under control. She contacted a restoration company who made an emergency visit to start cleaning up the water. She filed the claim immediately. Then Debbie called our adjuster - Doug McWinnie - who came the next day to see what had happened and what was done. He spent a lot of time getting all of the information, photos, measurements to draw up the estimate. He always explained anything we didn't understand. As we went through the process, Doug was on the phone answering any and all questions we had. We have never been through anything like this. It was such a blessing that we had such professionals from Duffy Insurance working for us.
