Back in March a member of our family was involved in an at fault accident. It was a fender bender but caused damage to our bumper and hood and a few supports holding components near the bumper. Shelter made the process of reporting a claim and receiving the benefits EASY and PAIN FREE! We had a wonderful, caring representative. Shelter gave us a rental for 30 days through enterprise which was a life saver. Shelter was so quick to make the money available for repairs that the Body Shop moved up our repair date from 4-6 weeks to 2-4 weeks because shelter had mailed the checks so quickly. Even the body shop mentioned they wouldn’t have to barter with the insurance company for the claim.

I spoke with Nathan after the incident which all told was a total cost approx $16,000 billed to insurance, which included our vehicle and car rental plus the other vehicle involved in the wreck. This made our $500 deductible plus the $3500 I had paid in premiums thus far absolutely worth it.

We love working with Nathan. He is absolutely knowledgeable, cares about his customers, even sends us cookies on our birthdays.
