I have been a client for over 5 years and utilize Henry Insurance for both home and auto. Ken (Ken Henry) always makes sure that I have the best coverage/rate possible from one the many companies he represents. Nothing compares to the personalized service or savings that I received from Henry Insurance. As a small agency it is easy to get in touch with Ken or one of his great staff members quickly, and you can always count on them for a card on your birthday. I've been with Henry Insurance in Cincinnati for several years now. I first went with them because I was looking for a better price for insuring my new home. After a few years they combined my home and auto insurance for a savings over my old policies that just about equaled my former auto insurance. Just a few weeks ago I called them to see if I could get an even better price since my vehicles are getting pretty old. Within minutes Rhonda saved me $272. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best I give them an 11.

Ken Henry is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He listens, evaluates and then to offered exactly what I needed, nothing more and certainly nothing less. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't need, therefore making the transfer of my home and auto insurance a pleasant and seamless process not to mention that because of his efforts I now have better coverage at a lower price. I have recommended Ken Henry Insurance Agency to several of my friends and they have all liked what he offered and in the manner that he offered it and consequently have chosen him as their agent for both home and auto.
