Here they go again, blocking transactions when I'm trying to pay bills with no one to call after 5:30 pm. Oh, maybe their servers might go down with no one to call and no way to access your money, again. Oh, you want to go to a location and withdraw money you need? Hope it's not too much, cause they can deny it. I can't wait to get my money out of here for good, been banking here for years and I have no idea why. Bank elsewhere. Like, anywhere.

Been a member since about 2018 , the customer service and relationship has went terribly down hill. Mary Lou from the Eastside branch was the best employee I’ve ever encountered. These past 2 years have been HELL! I’ve been treated and handled poorly. Everytime I come in for a transaction which I drive over an hour to my nearest location. After my loan is paid I’m closing my account, I don’t even keep money in this bank due to the unprofessional service I encounter each and every time. I strongly urge you to do your research because opening an account.

Here again REFUSING to give me my money! $4,000 I have over 30K in the account! Then lie and tell me it’s in their policy I ask to see it they say it’s on the website, then the lady comes and says it’s not on the site and I can come in and talk. Talk about what!? Give me my money!!! This is the worse bank EVER!!! I have my car loan here and unfortunately would still have to deal with it unless I inconvenience myself and pay it off early.

I should’ve left when they changed the name from communicating arts. I’ve had this account for over 25 years and they have truly become the bottom of the barrel credit Union. I close my account from another bank and bring the funds there and they tell me they won’t make the money available for x amount of days BUT will take money out to pay the loan I have through them not my mortgage, other loans, gas for the week etc I’m disgusted with the bankers and the bank in itself. I rather pay to purchase money it gets and cash checks to mail my payments in than to continue with bank. How is YOUR money that you earned not available to you until they feel like it?

*Update*

As soon as I wrote this the police were knocking at my window told me the bank called and said I’d threatened to break the drive thru window. Sent me into a panic attack and the police arrested me for not moving my vehicle from the drive thru due to me trying to breathe through the panic attack! Do you know in the midst of this the bank manager comes back to the window and says she will give me my 4K this time because she doesn’t want to cause any issues! Too late!

My parents were kind enough to open me a credit card with this institution (then called Communicating arts credit union) when I was 18 to help begin building my credit score. Unfortunately when I would call in with a simple question they initially wouldn't answer it telling me I didn't have any accounts with them. I would have to fight with them every time explaining how my parents had accounts with them and they had opened a credit card for me. It was aggravating so I just stopped using the card. Fast forward twenty five years and my father passed away. When my mother was contacting their financial institutions to remove my deceased father from their accounts TruPartner is telling my mom she has to close all their accounts reopen all new accounts and she also tells my mom that they closed my account. My mom knew this was my oldest card and would have a negative impact on my credit score so she asked the lady if they contacted me and she told the lady it was my oldest account and would hurt my credit score. My mom said they lady didn't respond. No, they never did contact me saying my account was going to be closed. But I'm glad it is because I don't have to deal withTruPartner anymore and thanks to platforms like this we can share poor customer service so that others can find credit unions who will care about them more. I think credit unions are great and a superior option over traditional banks, but I believe you would be better off finding another credit union who cares about their members more.

Love that they know and care about their members. Try to work with and provide useful information for those with not so great credit. Had my auto loan with TPCU which at the time, the rate was amazing! Though rates have gone up everywhere, they still seem to be fairly low compared to most places. Online banking has improved with their new system. Some new faces but the service is still great! -current employee at Trupartner CU

I went into the branch last week.regarding getting a new debt card. There was two new employee training and the other lady was on break. How ever the 2 new employees as the branch manager a white man to assist them with helping cancel my card and get a new one. However he was extremely rude towards me for no reason he didn’t have the proper paper work for me to fill out to get a new card then told them to just have me write down my information and they will go from there he main concern was charging me $10 for a replacement card that never got replace at all. I called the next day to see if my card had been cancel and nothing was done but they made sure to charge my account for the replacement card. Just flat out horrible services over all
