Garbage. I changed my address in my profile and now I apparently can't sell anything for 30 days. I don't know about much when it comes to investing, but that makes absolutely no sense.

I have had 2 encounters via phone and both agents were phenomenal. I stated I am not knowledgeable and need to be walked through like a 5 year old. They were both helpful and friendly.

Touchstone is totally incompetent regarding professional conduct. They have repeatedly lied to me, refused to return calls, and have generally caused havoc in administering an estate of which I am Personl Rep.

I have been trying for MORE THAN TWO MONTHS to get a simple piece of information which, for some reason, they are unable or unwilling to provide.

Totally unprofessional and amoral people.
