Neyer Management is ok. They generally fix things that are broken, but we get a fairly high bill for everything from changing light bulbs to making repairs that were not necessarily our doing. However, they get a 2 star rating because across from our office located at 4665 Cornell Rd, Suite 160, the bathroom has been sending our raw sewage smells and after a month of repeated complaints, still nothing. I understand they are selling the building and people are losing their jobs, so perhaps they just don't care. Buyer and renter beware until the dust and poop smells settles..
