In October of this year I dropped off paperwork to amend my taxes from 2016. Yes the original error was mine. However in the last 5 months I've called this office 20x I've stopped by on my lunch break 5 or 6 times. Everytime I was told the gentleman working on my file was otherwise disposed and would call me back. Not 1 call. I was told it would take a few weeks to complete my request so for the first 6 weeks I didn't bother them. It's now 5 months later to the day! I go in on my lunch break to find they have not touched my file. I requested my paperwork back. I'm close to having my wages garnished because I put trust in this company to handle my request in good faith. I would not recommend them to anyone. Not to mention everytime I go there someone is smoking in the office which is illegal in the state of Ohio!

Its April 10 and they have not completed our taxes yet. If we get a late penalty, I think they should pay it.
