My experience with Charlotte, Chris and the rest of the team was outstanding! I used to do my own tax preparation, but due to some changing circumstances, it was time to use a professional, and that’s exactly what I got! The team here was pleasant, quick, they probed deeper to make sure information was thorough and most of all, they gave me peace of mind that my taxes were filed on time and accurately. Charlotte is VERY knowledgeable about tax laws and how to use them to save you money!!! The fee to have her complete my taxes has always been well worth it when I see my refund amount I wouldn't have gotten without her knowledge. She is very personable and prompt with any questions and requests.
