All State doesn't really care about their clients. My car got hit, my ceiling has been collapsed for two months, I have furniture ruined, and my dog was almost killed.
All state refuses to pay anything to me despite tripling my rates for absolutely no reason last year.

Mark has been the most helpful insurance agent I’ve had in 27 years. I would highly recommend his agency. Unfortunately however Allstate keeps raising my premiums every 6 months. After 7 years with a clean driving record I can no longer afford insurance through Allstate. I changed insurance carriers and lowered my monthly premiums 56 percent for the same coverage amount.

Mark is a awesome agent. I called for a quote and he was responsive and professional. Not at all pushy and wanted to make sure I got the right amount of coverage. I would highly recommend Mark if you are looking for coverage. I also recently had to use their roadside assistance service and they were amazing!
