I had an unfortunate experience when I called the office. My intention was to speak with Tina, but instead, I encountered a rather impolite individual named Angela or Anjuli, who answered the phone and subjected me to an extensive barrage of 10 questions before even considering transferring my call. I took the time to explain that Tina was anticipating my call and was already informed about the policy changes to a recent conversation with the policy holder. To my surprise, Angela or Anjuli insisted that Tina was unavailable, despite her apparent availability just moments before.

I remained calm and adaptable, suggesting an alternative solution: I asked if she could assist me by sending a copy of the proof of auto insurance or an ID card. However, my request was met with a disappointing refusal. Furthermore, I proposed the idea of adding the policy holder to the call for authorization purposes, which she also declined.

I attempted to convey the importance of the situation by explaining that the policy holder was a 75-year-old individual who faced difficulties, but it seemed as though my concerns fell on deaf ears. Angela displayed a lack of empathy and failed to present any alternative solutions to help me obtain the necessary policy information.

Regrettably, my interaction concluded with Angela hanging up the call, leaving me without the requested proof of insurance and unable to speak with the individual I needed to speak with.
