All contracts you sign will only benefit the realtors.
They will surely not care about your safety and health.

I have been living with my family under a 1-year lease contract with this company. This has been so far the WORST decision we have ever made. The company did not inform us of all the issues the home had. For the past 5 months, we have been dealing with water leaks, mold infestation, and selfish neighbors that are disrespectfully careless of the other neighbors' well being.

On different occasions, we have tried to tell them about all the issues but they keep throwing the ball between each other and never take responsibility for their actions. Due to their incompetence, my family's health and safety have been compromised.

Please, if you are thinking about signing a deal with this company.
DO NOT! You can do WAY better!
