The maintenance guy himself was great, fast and efficient although I am not pleased with the materials used. The hood is too small for the space, I will contact the management office to get a bigger hood or to have materials placed to feel the gaps.

Update: they came back and fixed the hood… added a hood that fits beautifully.

A was helped getting a beautiful apartment by a very polite and professional Leasing Agent by the name of Fernanda. The company is called Atlas, they have very nice apartments throughout the Chicagoland area and the prices are not too bad. I would recommend this company and Agent to anyone looking for a new place to stay.

I’m so upset and angry about everything i been going through here at atlas they are very unprofessional I haven’t even been in my place but a week and this is happening they don’t care about nothing important like day one i been having issues dog poop and big nasty bags of trash loud noise and fighting everyday people in the hallways right by my house door also along with poop and very bad smells haven’t even been there a few days and my water been off for 2 days now mine u I work and go to school and took off because of this matter who doesn’t want their water on when u paying rent and utilities without a issues going on or having a problem me reading the reviews now is insane and nasty if I was anyone please don’t rent from them it’s very frustrating and annoying to be dealing with this type of situation especially when you are a very quiet clean person and don’t like problems whoever run this business now is very bad for the community and tenants far as keeping up with their business keeping it clean and things fixed ❌ give the old landlord back their business at least him and his brother keep it very safe nice clean and come to fix things that same day they always was on business I was with them for years but I left out of state for school and come back to this hell hole ?️my water not working for 2 days then after they fix it water was yellow and dirty coming out of the water my walls now getting rain in because it was raining outside today This is just to much for me ?where is the brothers who own this business before they were in business for years what happen to them they was not bad people at all they just cared about their community and tenants ?❤️? sad part about it I ask my landlord can she move me to a different apartment that’s better with less problems and nasty mess going on like this she tells me she doesn’t have anything it’s so cold ? in my place feels like I’m sleeping outside and my heat is on 5854 Trumbull Ave apt 2c very badly place I ever had in my entire life

If I could give 0 starts I would!!! It’s hard to get
in contact with them. Nobody answers the phone from the property manager to the receptionist. I submitted a maintenance request 3 times for the same thing because they marked it complete each time and never even came. I am only able to get through to the maintenance line although I called the office 10x during business hours. The maintenance line sounds like a call center and they can’t help with anything but putting in a request which you can do yourself. I am so annoyed with their service. I think they’re under new management or something because I didn’t have these type of issues In the beginning

I’ve been in my apartment for almost a year now with Atlas. I did need my ceiling plastered and a new bedroom door. The maintenance man (Jorge -Horhay) was great! He is such an attention to detail person, very friendly, and attentive to time. I will recommend him and would only like for him to complete repairs. He def deserves a 10/10. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We had our unit sprayed and Mr. Washington was the man who came and did the job. He was very polite, very helpful and informative. He did want we needed and asked and got the job done quick.

Thanks to their prompt action, I can now enter and exit the building without worry. I appreciate their dedication to keeping the environment safe and comfortable.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on applications just for them not to fulfill my service. I initially got approved for an apartment but was told by the property manager to submit another third party application with Theguarantor which I did. Theguarantor denied my application and couldn’t even give me a reason why. Instead, I was told to contact the property manager, which I did. I spoke to the property manager she couldn’t even tell me why she just pushed me to the side. You can’t contact Atlas because they will just send your number to the voicemail. & when you finally get to speak with a live representative, all they tell you is that “they’ll forward your message to the leasing department and someone in there department would call me.” Well, it’s going on day 6, still haven’t got a call back from anyone, no one is telling me what to do or where to go next, but they don’t mind taking my money. I even was told that if one apartment doesn’t work then I could find another one without paying another $50. This is very unprofessional service.
