Do not rent or purchase insurance from this man. I lived in one of his units for over a year with constant headaches due to a CO leak caused by his negligence.

My water heater was improperly installed and not in working order for any part of my tenancy. Either he knowingly cut corners on the installation or he did not bother to have his unit inspected to ensure he was following Ohio Health and Safety laws.

I could have died. My cat almost died. He did not care. He did not “feel responsible” for his lack of maintenance on his property.

I have photo proof and proof from both the gas company and a certified plumber stating the terrible job that was done on the install and MULTIPLE health and safety violations.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.
