This establishment is currently downsizing their clients and we were forced to find another accountant. This means that we needed the past five years of tax records for the new office. We requested them from Beucler and they charged us $20 per year. $100 to select a file, click and print. A reasonable charge for the paper, ink and 5-10 minutes of work would be perfectly acceptable. But $100 for approximately 200 pages The office staff was also exceptionally rude when the request was made stating “that’s why we give you a folder each year”. Because of extenuating circumstances, those are not available and wouldn’t be needed if this business was not forcing thier long term faithful customers to go elsewhere. Maybe just one more reason they are not a thriving establishment.

We received notification from this company in December that they would no longer be able to do our taxes due to losing a member of their staff . The letter also stated they were unable to find a different company to refer us to. We are longtime clients , and we were left to scramble to find a new accounting firm. We asked for copies of our 2 previous years taxes for the new, way more gracious accounting firm we switched to. I was told I should have those in my folders, which I did. I thought them making copies for me was the least they could do for us. The did it, but very reluctantly. I'm not impressed by these new owners.
