Rude have no respect for the residential residents in the area they was dismissive when asked to leave parking for those who live in the area was told it's public parking just go move the car before it get towed they wasnot moving we asked if they will pay the towing bill they said no.

They Insured my daughter, then a month or so later decided they didn't like her previous driving history ( which they knew about) and cancelled her policy. They wouldn't return my phone calls. Garbage insurance company. I was going to quote my family through them until this happened. Now her coverage has lapsed and will be even worse. Nice work Tabler.

As a mortgage professional I always look to Mike Tabler to assist my clients in being properly insured.

Mike is always able to match a client's needs with their budget along with a seamless process.

My initial dealings were fine but after that the problems started. I set up the payment to be made outside of escrow and paid for the first full year up-front. The following year I received a cancelation notice saying that I had not paid After calling Tabler, I found it was incorrectly marked as paid through escrow, they assured me they corrected it and asked I come in and pay in person, which I did. Fast forward to the next year and again I get a cancelation notice, once again I call and find it was never changed from being marked as paid via escrow. Fast forward yet again and as you can probably guess, cancelation notice. This time I called the company who the policy was through directly (State Auto) and in 15 minutes had the problem sorted, no thanks to Tabler.

Now I'm trying to do my own policy review (they have never asked to do one for me) and find that they set up my account with State Auto by using information other than my own. So I'm stuck not being able to access my own policy and have to wait to talk to them tomorrow when they open.

I never write negative reviews but this has been a terrible experience. I even expressed my concerns to Tabler first by giving a detailed account of my issues in a survey sent to me, and I never received any sort of follow up.

Tabler Insurance comes highly my me. Hes saved me alot of money. Mike is
very personable and has given me a lot of his time. We have talked on the phone, texted and Mike has even come to my place of business, to provide me with all the information I need to make the best possable decision for me. Mike is so knowledgeable of insurance and his business and also has very good office help!!
