I opened my claim with a different, well-known roofing company, then received threats and got the run around. APPROVED came knocking on my door 3 weeks later, and I answered with a bad attitude and just laid into this representative, Shane. He stood calmly and listened to my rant, then said, "Let's look at your claim info and get Dan on the phone to see what he thinks." Within minutes, Dan made time at 6pm to get my insurance claim information emailed from me to him, reviewed it, and said they could absolutely get this taken care of for me within a week. I made a small fraction of a down payment to them for the amount I was responsible for, and they went ahead had all the materials at my house in 3 days. Jeffrey and his crew showed up a few days after the materials and got the 2 layers of shingles and paper ripped off in 4 hours. At this point, Jeffrey confirmed that I could really use all new wood on my roof as this was pretty sure to be the original from over 50 years ago and was insanely warped, almost falling apart. Jeffrey went over all my options and gave me the exact amounts I would be looking at, and all available finance options. The crew got all the wood removed and replaced on day 1, as well as paper and drip edge. They came back and finished the installation by noon on the second day. Cleaned up all the debris way above and beyond my expectations. Wonderful communication on all parts with this company and overall just an amazing process.

Very happy with the roof replacement I got from Approved.

From the opening of the claim with my insurance company to get my roof replaced was less than 2 weeks.

Shane and Jeffrey were great to work with, if you see any signs of storm damage on your house, they will work with your insurance company to get it taken care of.

They finished my roof in around 6 hours. They work hard and do their best to keep you from being involved.

They lied about the duration of the claims process they said I would have a new roof within the next 6 months to a year and now i'm in the middle of a lawsuit with my insurance company "two years later". Jeffrey is huge pain to work with.
