Very very shady company. I would highly suggest not working with them. I absolutely loved the house I rented, but would not rent from them again.

Their response to my review is a testament to their ongoing problematic practices and unprofessionalism.
This resident paid her rent on time every single month, returned the house in better condition that received, and followed the lease to a T. Unfortunately, due to their disorganized nature, they failed to turn Duke on in their name after I moved out, supposedly causing a huge leak. They are trying to hold me responsible for that leak. I have time stamped photos, texts, emails, and a voicemail which I will be bringing to court to get my deposit back. I simply want what is legally owed to me.

If you are reading this, it’s easy to see who is problematic in this case. My 35 other reviews to other companies are all 5-stars. I’ve never dealt with a company like this before. And seeing their response- knowing what they are trying to do to me- is deplorable.

Good luck with your business. I truly hope you guys change your ways and consider ethical practices in the future.

My Fiancé and I moved in about August and started to experience clogged sink issues and eventually had a faulty pipeline flooding our kitchen from our sink, and from other units not properly disposing of food in there units. After a couple months Glenn was able to convince management that this was a FAR bigger issue than they realized and with his team (Spencer and Matt) they were able to remedy the issue. Thank u so much Glenn, Spencer and Matt. Really appreciate you taking care of this problem. Also thank you 1 Tom Plumbing for their hard work as well.

Amazing CSR, Jonnel worked tirelessly to get me into my condo. I would receive emails at 3am. She worked miracles to make this happen. Great, clean, quiet, pet friendly neighborhood!

If you could rate negative stars I would. I rented a property and less than a month after renting, the garage door fell off trapping the car inside. As the high tension cable was still engaged it was not a job for a layman. I entered a request and followed up with a call as I could not be car-less. I received a commitment for next day service. Service was cancelled by All County without any communication. I called multiple times and was given multiple commitments. I had to rent a car and Tabatha Keller did not reply multiple times or live up to commitments.
I have experienced a 2nd incident as multiple outlets, lights and switches are not functioning. I placed a service request and did not receive any response for more than a week. When I reached out I finally received a reply stating it was under way. 2 weeks later no response or reply was given. I reached out again and no pertinent update was given. I asked for contact and no reply has come. I called and left messages as well. It has now been nearly 4 weeks and we lack the use of basic amenities and All County does not even have the decency to return messages.

I cant warn more strongly to avoid this group. The service is awful.

Overall, I am happy with the service provided by All County NEO Property Management. They helped me to quickly find a place to move into after over a month of difficulty with finding a home. They were upfront and communicative, and I appreciate their presence and willingness to answer my questions promptly.
