Absolutely disgusting display of professionalism from a Crest maintenance worker today on 675 north today Feb 20th 2025. This white individual with a beard was driving a white Crest property management van in the passing lane as I was coming up behind him he did not get over so I was going to pass him via the middle lane. At the last minute he decides to get over to the middle lane abruptly cutting me off so I dart back over to the passing lane where he again cuts me off and proceeds to break check me on the highway completely unprovoked. As I passed him I give the "what is your problem" look then he proceeds to motion for me to follow him to the colonel glen off ramp punching his fist into his hand pointing at me and flicking me off. This individual not only put your companies property as risk via a vehicular accident but wanted to engage into a physical conflict with me all while representing your brand and quite possibly put your company in a position of a law suit. Crest should be Absolutely embarrassed about this employees conduct. Is this the type of professionalism people should expect from Crest Property Management? If he has that kind of disregard for how he acts while representing your brand, what other things is he doing? Probably should fire him before his behavior ends up costing your company money and damaging it's reputation.

Do not work with Nick. Highly unprofessional! My business partner and I feel completely disrespected! We toured an office space that was the perfect fit for us. After touring we sent Nick an email of our questions regarding the leasing process and potential room updates (the basics, painting and carpeting - also offering to cover the cost & labor). We were upfront with sharing our credit scores, as we understood it could prevent us from leasing. In the email response, we were told due to our credit, we would have to pay the 1 year lease in two installment payments. This was not an issue for us; so we sent a follow up email with a second list of questions! We were then ignored for 4 days. On day 4, I sent Nick a text, to confirm he received my email. Again, we were ignored. After almost a week of no communication, we called him directly. Nick was condescending to my business partner. Making remarks "Oh, I know, I get it, it's hard in your field," and "well, can you even afford this?". This was a slap in the face! We are both successful in our career fields, as well as, currently leasing an office space! We feel if we were men we would have not been treated this way! He said he would respond to the email, after the call. But you guessed it, he did not reply. At this point, we understood he was not going to lease to us. So we moved on. Yet, after a week from the previous interaction, he calls. Nicks voicemail was unnecessary! He shared the reason the owner would not lease to us was due to our credit being an issue. Mind you, in the only email response, it was stated that due to our credit the lease would have to be paid in two installments. It was never an immediate NO to leasing. We feel cheated out of the space we were ready to set roots in. Overall, this was a terrible experience!!!
