I live at 212 East Clifton Ave. From meeting with a sketchy dude off marketplace to checkout the apartment to giving the deposit to secure the apartment in cash with no receipt, the initial experience with this company was rough to begin with. Now moving into the facility I could handle urine covered toilets, flies, and weed on the floor of the facility. But as time went on discovering 80% of the outlets didn’t work, the windows let in cold air, and the heat didn’t appear to work issues began to really arise. Every vehicle in the complex’s parking lot got broken into with no additional security added after the fact, slow response time on getting the heat fixed (it now keeps the apartment at roughly 50-60 degrees now which is live-able), and now poor management services. I am currently locked out of my apartment as the front door decided to no longer work, now there have been issues in the past with other tenants breaking things such as the shocks to automatically close the door or continuously leaving the front gate open so the front door being broke wouldn’t necessarily be a surprise. It was 1am when the issue started, the gate would unlock but the key to get in the door would not go in the lock. Called the property manager and they said they would get someone out, at 2:30am after multiple ignored texts we began calling the manager again only to receive denied calls leading up to getting our phone number blocked as the manager ignored our issue and left us locked out of our apartment. It is currently 4am and 8 degrees. This is not worth the rent considering the poor condition of the facilities and management. Do not recommend going through this company. Many people I know have had similar experiences so this is not unique to myself or my roommates.

A bedbug crawled on me, and on the next visit, the lady looked down on me because she'd never heard of a passport card. A the staff (except her) were helpful to me. I was supposed to hear something back from a private number, and I couldn't return the call if I missed it. So apparently I was supposed to wait my my phone at home, work, sleep, etc...friggin bedbugs!

Horrible landlords! I could never get anything fixed, my neighbors partied outside all night and most of the day. Most of my neighbors did not work so everyone could see you coming and going all the time. It got so bad that when I got new furniture that someone kept trying to break into my apartment. And when I told them that I needed my window lock fixed they sent the maintaince man to give me a pole to put in my window. Seriously? Horrible! definitely not a place for working people!

They Are Very Horrible dont fix Anything Everybody that works in that office are very nasty An Rude to these tenants. they get the rent money An Want more they always sent me letters Just messing with people.i would never move back through these rude people again.i had mold all in my tub and I still haven't came to fix it an all they do was tried to paint over it. They ARE VERY NASTY !

These apartments or low income, my son live here. He has problems with them fixing things,no water pressure to take efficient baths,and noisy neighbors.

Old appliances are in units and no building maintenance on a regular basis. Not a good spot for working seniors.
