The ATM situation is a mess both of them are always not working. The walk up shut off in the middle of a deposit and ate my money which I then have to wait to Get my money back after it's disputed. Then the last few times I tried to deposit money in the drive up is not taking deposits. Bank hrs and my hrs don't line up so I never make It before close. This was never an issue until the last year. I've got stuff coming out and no way to put my money in the bank. Come on now.

It's been 2 months since I issued a chargeback on a hotel room that I was denied when trying to check in. No word on any investigation or anything. I spent over $200 to be denied a room and my bank doesn't keep me informed at all.

Update (but not to the above charge), they took away my debit card privliges because of the above dispute. Don't bank with these people. They don't have your back.

I've recently found out that because I chargedback on this transaction and 2-3 others, that they took away my debit card privileges. Terrible bank to do business with. No protection at all.

Came in with an odd problem and very stressed out. Our tellers name was Vanessa and she did a great job getting us caught up and was very pleasant. It was a high point in an otherwise rough day and I was happy to be helped in the way that we were. Thanks!

1 star rating for customer service!!! No help from the assistant manager (didn't get her name) but she speaks for Cathy Dunn (branch manager) and MIke Cline😒 (district manager) For those thinking about getting a CD, don't, go else where, and learn from my mistake. Upon further investigation this bank has the LOWEST payout. My rate was .35% (at the time 2021-2022, now only .10% 2022-2023) and I checked with 2 credit unions and 1 bank, in which they ALL pay atleast double,if not triple that. And lord forbid your paperwork state a different date than what they tell you, you'll either lose out on a few $100's or have to let your money sit another 12 months. I know my review won't go far and that's fine just a heads up of you plan on doing business with them, BECAREFUL or you'll be sorry
