Wealth advisor Mark Howie is very knowledgeable and professional. He reaches out on a timely basis so we can review my portfolio together throughout each year. I found Stevens Investment Group through the Dave Ramsey website. I met with Mark Howie at the West Chester office. The entire staff was fantastic a friendly. Mark was extremely helpful. Dave Ramsey talks about "the heart of a teacher" and that's exactly what I found at S.I.G. I learned more in an hour talking to Mark than I have learned in 30 odd years reading and browsing the Web on my own. Highly recommend. Thanks Mark.

In my opinion, being late and not letting someone know if incredibly rude. I was scheduled to have a meeting with one of their staff at 3:00 via Zoom. Changed up my whole day and hurried home to be on time because I believe that being late is incredibly rude to the other person. I emailed and called and told that the person I was supposed to speak with was on a call that was running long and I told them I wasn't interested in working with them any longer. The person I was supposed to have the meeting with called back and said "we got our wires crossed" and they he thought the meeting was at 3:30. Well, my wires are fine. If you can't see what time a meeting starts then why should I trust you with my money. Thanks but no thanks. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
