They choose to close when they want. So if your payment is due and there not open your policy gets lapsed and you have to pay the extra fee to renew your insurance. They say it's not there fault 🤦‍♂️

My goodness! If you're looking for help on a better price plan DO NOT CALL HERE! I'm shopping for better rates and at average I'm finding 190 a month full coverage. They told me over 300 a month, so I Said that's ok I'm looking for a little cheaper cause I rarely drive My car as I'm a trucker. The 1st lady was extremely rude cause she was "busy" then the guy who I called back tells me ,, "you know what? id park that thing and never drive it again" unprofessional because I wasn't happy with the price. These people need a vacation or something!

I called to get quotes and insurance with them. After I got them all of my information, I was surprised at how long it took to hear back from them with the quotes. I've never had an insurance company/agent take longer than 24 hours, if that, and they took days. The two people I were communicating with were nice and helpful and returned phones in a timely matter, but it definitely didn't seem like they were in any rush to get me the quotes. I also was not impressed with what they found me. The insurance they found was EXPENSIVE and didn't even have all the coverage I wanted. I said no thanks and went elsewhere, finding insurance about $300 cheaper a month.

These people don’t ever answer the phone I been calling for days just to pay my insurance and nobody will answer like do you want my money or no ? And then the mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message to have them call me back.
