I had an unfortunate experience with Erie and Dreves regarding a vehicle claim. The entire process was inefficient, from arranging a tow truck to scheduling appointments. Acquiring a rental car was a significant challenge, and ultimately, I was unable to secure one due to cumbersome procedures. Moreover, I was required to pay the deductible upfront, and it took several months and persistent follow-ups to get reimbursed. To add to the frustration, when I tried to upgrade my vehicle, I discovered that my rates had increased due to the accident, despite it not being my fault. Erie and Dreves did not incur any expenses, yet they still raised my rates. This experience has drastically changed my view of what I once considered a reputable company. I advise others to seek insurance services elsewhere.
