On what grounds my mother ever stood to recommend this branch I've no clue. 14 mins seated in the area to speak w a banker, both tied up with customers asking checking questions and 1 wanting to add someone to their account. The 1st checking one is complete and on his way out, that banker moves back behind the counter from this drawer to another, to a screen terminal then some visit time w/ the back drive thru teller, back to the front and takes someone just walking in the door for counter. Banker 2 has completed with her customer and as she sends him on his way tells another girl, what position I don't know and at this point could care less, "if you need me I'll be in the back". Really!?! I guess I was just there to evaluate..... if so major fail. Am thinking the best thing to do with my relatives accounts is to close them out and move them rather than keep them here and move to mine over time... major fail girls. I counted 8 personnel in the branch & one would think there were only 3 or 4....
Looking thru the reviews, I'd say something got lost 2 or 3 yrs ago given reviews then and older were stellar vs the ones 1 month to 18 months ago have a lot of 1 or 2 stars. Might check into that. (Wk of 2/5/24)- Zane, appreciate the call back from you that I was to receive, but with no surprise it did not happen. Just as I figured I might built some faith back into TruWest or more this branch, you succeed in confirming that what I need to do is move all monies to a different institution after the estate accounts are settled as well as mine.
2/7- Zane just wanted to say thanks for keeping my belief in the previous standards listed, really appreciate the lack of follow up regarding your faxing of paperwork to TW's Customer Support Sevices which though closed Sat you stated you you'd likely hear from them on Monday and if near end of day you'd contact and get back to me so as to discuss the last steps necessary to close and transfer family member's accts.
A good friend of mine speaks highly of this branch, my mother also liked the service provided but I can only assume neither has had to move beyond a teller window for something other than deposit or withdrawal transactions as I just don't see it.
