I did not have this insurance company and was going up against them using my insurance and the actual agent who hit me. It has been to worst experience, as the adjuster wanted to total my vehicle. As far as I know they have not reimbursed my insurance company or me on the claim. so much for.... "Hey it's my fault I got you"
People need to be held accountable for their word.
