My family has had Mike McGinley do our taxes for the past 6 or 7 years. He is nothing short of professional and always looks out for the best interest of his clients. How do I know this? You see I worked for Wealthnest for 3 tax seasons and it was one of my favorite jobs. Mike has always presented all of the different options on how we could file our tax returns and has always suggested the best option based on his professional opion. Deceptive and unethical!!

For over a year I have left messages with Mr.McGinley with regard to my previous tax years while in the middle of my highly contested marriage dissolution and had to get many questions answered on our previous taxes and never once did he return my call. Ironic that when I was married and he was holding our accounts he was willing to call back, But once I filed for my divorce in November 2016 he wouldn't bother. You see, Mr. McGinley decided to show his less than professional side when he chose to pick sides in my divorce because my ex-wife was a former employee at his office many many years ago. It wasn't until I called just the other day expressing my dissatisfaction after a year of being ignored and regarding my 2017 taxes did he actually call me back, and that was only because he was trying to sell me on why I should file my taxes separately rather jointly as the decree outlined. All of this to only benefit my ex-wife rather than being ethical and doing what is right. I would never recommend WealthNest and You should never use this crooked operation. Mr.McGinley is not there to help you. And I do plan to file a complaint with the SEC or with the Arizona regulatory authority. I would strongly suggest anyone who has asked this firm to prepare your taxes to get a second opinion especially if your are going through a divorce
