CPV Management and JT Slade and have been great to work with. As a board member of our HOA, JT has served our group extremely well. He is fair and brings reasonable and thoughtful approaches to our board. He is a pleasure to work with and is always on time and very responsive to any issues or requests that require time sensitive action. Additionally, CPV is a far better management company than our previous HOA management firm.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Breklyn Marble, who is the point-person with Capital Property Ventures (CPV) for our community, Crestview Chateaux, in Chandler.

Like everyone else I've encountered on the entire team at CPV, she does a fantastic job, is always friendly, and often anticipates issues before they become a gig problem.

When there is something that needs to be attended to, Breklyn always offers options when she can, gets us the information needed, & typically doesn't have to be asked more than once to accomplish; she gets it done!

Capital Property Ventures became our property management company for our 84 condo community February 1, 2024. What a relief! Breklyn Marble is our property manager and usually responds within 24 hours. Breklyn follows through on action steps and brings items to close. Recently, a vendor submitted a several hundred quote to install soap and paper towel dispensers in pool restrooms. When we had the meeting to consider, Breklyn presented the option of purchasing the items and having our pool guy install. Breklyn had met with the pool guy on another item and raised the idea, He agreed. I love the solution focused attitude and initiative. I see bright days ahead for our Board and community with Capital Property Ventures and am so grateful.

We have worked with Jon and JT at CPV for about 6 months. Our previous manager left us with a mess and we were looking for someone who could turn it around. They have been completely amazing. They communicate with us, give us the full picture, and take action to get things done in a timely manner. They're also honest and tell us realistic options for planning projects.
Our board couldn't be more impressed with how they've helped us get our community in a better position and resolve many issues. They have years of experience and know the nuances of running communities. We're looking forward to many years of excellent service to come! We're very thankful and highly recommend them!
