Thank goodness our HOA got them removed. Horrid management company. Numerous complaints from home owners. They outright lie and do virtually nothing.

I live in an hoa with Pride as the managment company. We have had them for about 3 years, we have had 7 different managers in those 3 years. They go though managers like a rich kids goes through baby sitters. We had one manager a really nice woman I met her the first day and a month later she was gone. I never know who to call with issues as they change the managers so often.

They send erroneous invoices hoping they are not scrutinized. My HOA fees are prepaid annually. They continue to send invoices requesting payment after acknowledging that I have a credit. They are brutal to work with. Zero ethics or accountability.

I have had the pleasure of working with Pride Community Management lately and they are a wonderful group of people! I feel management companies get a bad rap and wanted to speak out and say that this company has been prompt, understanding, and provides above and beyond customer service! Extra kudos to Kara for answering all of my questions, taking the time to investigate and providing excellent customer service!

I live in association under the supervision
Of prime management group.
We had an issue with sewer back up, it was running 4 days in the middle of the street.

This problem lasted 4 days. When it should've been deal the same day I reported.
The woman answering the phone wanted my account number instead of addressing the SEWER issue. She put me on hold for 5:00 min came back on the line and instead of asking for the location, pictures or how bad it was she said it couldn't help me without my account #
Sewer was running in the middle of the community.
And yes she didn't do anything until I got more residents involved.
The person in charge of dealing with any issues ignore us all the time.

Last night I call the emergency line that
Person was polite and professional thank to her!

We sold a condo in Palm Villas. I represented the seller. I've done
countless sales in management communities. The deal was quite technical with multiple concerns from buyer and maintenance questions. The deal was stressful but pride management took care of us like their own family. They were prompt and professional, answering questions that certainly made all the difference in getting the condo sold. With any other management company we probably wouldn't have been successful. I am really thankful for their help. I was the listing agent.

The simplest requests don't get handled even after repeated complaints. Communication is very poor. We have had 6 different property managers in 3 years with Pride.

Our feedback is consistent with that of others. Pride was often unresponsive, did not address most maintenance requests, they even failed to pay our insurance premium, resulting in our building being uninsured for over a month. It was very challenging to receive return calls/emails from assigned property managers. The services they were supposed to provide we often had to do ourselves.
