Anthony was excellent. He kept us informed regarding the status of our order and the installation. Anthony and his helper replaced 8 of 12 sliding door units, cleaned the windows, cleaned the tracks and adjusted the sliding doors in one day. They also replaced two kitchen windows. I apologize I do not remember his helpers name. Both gentlemen were courteous and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call the Glass Doctor for future projects and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Glass Doctor of Zanesville did an excellent job replacing my windshield. It was a 4 hr job because of the navigational equipment involved. Everything is working perfectly.

I live next to Millersburg glass doctor. Our property is right next to theirs. My first encounter with them is when they tried to cut down the trees on our property because they thought they owned the property. Next encounter they built a barn to close to the hillside and had to build up some of the hill. Long story short this is what our family gets to look at everyday( see pics below) and at night the flood lights that shine in our windows. not to mention the trees and wildlife that were destroyed.
It is a joke in my opinion that the Millersburg glass doctor is neighborly in anyway! Maybe they should remove that phrase from their website…..very sad.

I would certainly recommend Glass Doctor of Millersburg, Ohio! They went to great lengths to accommodate my unusual project for a residential home, which took a few months to complete. Sarah provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in a very long time. She communicated with the company who made the window and immediately kept me up-to-date, which I appreciated. Now, I have to give kudos to the staff who installed my very large window. They worked as a team, talking there way through the installation process. It was a site to behold!!! And, the price was right! I had an outstanding experience with the entire staff from start to finish! Very impressed all the way around!

Like a shotgun going off, My glass shower door exploded spontaneously one evening —nuggets of tempered glass everywhere in the bathroom. Yes, it can happen for no particular reason, and there are examples on the Internet.

Vernon Steiner assessed the situation and priced the glass replacement far below that of other local companies. Moreover, the installation was expertly done and the service professional in all respects. Vernon is an outstanding businessman and technician and a most congenial individual. His fairness and attention to detail are incomparable. The Glass Doctor is the “go to” company.

We had another window replaced. First replace in the car about a month or so ago. The truck window last Tuesday. We had it replaced last Tuesday. Both were at the Glass Doctor in Zanesville. Great customer service. Window was tinted as it was supposed to be. They cleaned the glass up, left everything in fine shape. Great quality and service. Also very good pricing.
