I would ALSO like rate Timothy Miller less than one star. He didn't like that we didn't come up to his price (and he didn't get his $10,000 bonus) so he neglected for MONTHS to provide us with necessary paperwork for our property. Ended up having to get it from the county. He's just a glorified used car salesman.

If I could rate Timothy Miller lower than 1 star I would. I have no idea how he has a job working with people when he is HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH. Luckily for me I wasn't working directly with him, my realtor was, and I felt bad for them because trying to get anywhere with him was like pulling teeth. One word replies were what we would get IF he messaged us back, and we were lucky IF he messaged us back by the third or fourth time of trying to get a hold of him. If you are trying to purchase a home and he's the realtor RUN FAR AWAY.
