I haven't interacted directly with Justin, but I worked with one of his people, Matthew, to get my home and auto policies updated after I moved from Kansas to Ohio. He drafted up policies based on what I had in Kansas and then talked to me about anything I wanted to change; he also brought up some features that might be good to update. He was very responsive and easy to work with; it felt like he replied practically before I sent my emails! I've always had good experiences with State Farm agents and Matthew certainly continues that pattern!
