I have had the best experience with Aron for the last at least 10 years I email him and the job is done in less than half an hour. If you want fast professional service this is your man! I didn’t have to wait for a call back like I did with other insurance agents.

Always been super easy to get in touch with them when needed and was super easy to get my policy up and running again. Aaron and Brian have been awesome with making sure I've been taken care of and are both a pleasure to speak with, they have a good sense of humor and I love how all the other reviews on here say the same thing because they aren't just basic giving quotes and script feeding yew like most places, they joke and def make it easy to get a hold of them as well.

Very poor customer service from Aaron Newman. I asked to speak on the phone to make changes to my policy and get more information. In response I was told to type out any questions I have or changes I want to make to the policy within an Email, Because a phone call would be a “waste of time”. After I spoke my opinion about the poor customer service the representative (AARON NEWMAN) suggested that I use a different insurance company. Good pricing just bad service!

The faster quote I ever received. Brian was very quick and helpful. I had a situation to where I carried insurance from Progressive and GEICO at the same time because I was not knowledgeable at the time and both companies told me the other didn't cover me for what I needed. I feel mad comfortable going with SR22 Bond of Ohio.
Fingers crossed this is my one stop shop. If all goes well I will definitely recommend the business toy friends and family. Thanks Brian!
