Spoke with a Agent Joseph Roblero who was a complete and total scam artist we previously had a policy with dairy land insurance and due to pay dates was riding the line of lapse and thought we’d have time to pay by end of day but that morning we got a text from a number advising us that our policy had lapsed and to make a payment to reinstate please call we assumed it was dairyland so my fiancé called and spoke with scam artist joseph who not only charged him the 190 for dairyland but also charged a transaction for 150.00 to Cross Country and then 130.00 to cross country a whole 280.00 to reissue an existing policy? Joseph was rude continued to hang up on us and when we told him to cancel everything and refund us he was trying to use fear tactics to scare us into accepting the 280.00 in charges he had no explanation for by telling my fiancé if he cancels it all that his license will suspend immediately which isn’t true at all! When we spoke to dairyland directly two reps stated there was no reason to take anymore then sue and they didn’t see the 280.00 in their systems or the policy documents and also stated they had never heard of cross country! DO NOT USE THIS IS A SCAM!!
