thats a relative that gave a 5. i was pleased over the years but as a client i did not appreciate receiving a call about a vehicle im wanting insured. i returned call only a few mins later but no answer. called 5 mins later still no answer. been 3 hours now and i have no idea if my car is insured. if i dont find out soon i will be filing a complaint.
