I needed auto insurance, and the agent Viki not only found me a cheaper policy than i I was used to, but I received a call later in the day that upon further review, there was yet ANOTHER policy that was even cheaper for me! Things like that make it clear they actually care about the people walking through the door, not just making sales. I highly recommend Shaffer and Associates for any insurance need you'll ever have, because there just isn't anything more worth your business than real, compassionate customer service!
