They asked my wife some questions over the phone shortly after our policy renewal and after we had already received our proof of insurance cards. No accidents and no moving violations in over 10 years between us. We get more mail from them the next week with cards and an additional bill for $40. We decided to look around, ended saving about $480 a year going elsewhere. Not only was the "gentleman" rude on the phone when he had asked the initial questions to my wife, when I called back to confirm that I had not received the e-sign cancelation he accused me of being rude after I told him I had already checked the junk email. Absolutely disgusted with myself for giving them so much money for so many years!

I have Griffin insurance and I don't have any problem with them. Every time I call them the office staff took care of it right them no matter how Big or how Small it was they took care of it for me. I would tell everyone and everybody if you need insurance giveGriffin a call they will help you get the right insurance for you.
